The location was wonderful, right by Arthur's seat and Old Town. The breakfast was great and staff were all very helpful. An ideal, affordable, option for visiting Edinburgh!

Loved staying here. The property is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast is amazing. Bring your own coffee or tea because there is access to a kettle. Bed was extremely comfy. Shared bathrooms seemed to always be available and they were clean.

While it is not particularly close to the prime areas, there is good access to public transport, enabling us to explore the city easily. Room is a bit small but sufficient for a short stay.
