There really is no staff. If you have a problem you can reach someone via the phone in the lobby but that only works on the time. This is a digital check in and operation."

"Rented a room with a bunk bed. Upon arrival, the sheets were dirty and half ripped off their mattress. There were also hairs in the shower. The beds were not sturdy at all, only a little turn and the whole structure shook. The air circulation was non existent, our towels (one per person might I add), stayed damp all 4 days.
