"Before checking in the hotel reached out and asked if I had any special requests or if there was anything I wanted them to know, so I mentioned that my wife and I were celebrating our 12th anniversary and not only did they left us a tray with chocolate and berries but the gave us a complimentary upgrade to a castle view room and it was beautiful, the staff was so nice and helpful that when I go back to Edinburgh I will definitely stay here again, and not to mention the location was amazing."

It was our honeymoon and they upgraded to an outstanding room that really made our trip special with a truly beautiful view. The location can’t be beat and the staff were incredibly kind.
