Located in the private gated community of Cowpens, this home is nestled beneath Lowcountry live oak trees in-between the Atlantic Ocean and a quiet tidal creek. Your group will spend hours enjoying bird watching, kayaking opportunities, fishing, and crabbing from the private dock. Unplug and take in the exceptional scenery of the salt marshes that include pelicans and gulls, cheerful dolphins, and more flora and fauna than you could describe. Take a short half-mile walk or bike ride to the private Edingsville Beach where you will find shells, fossils, and artifacts from the village that once inhabited this beach before multiple hurricanes washed it away in the late 1800s. The beauty continues indoors with a well-stocked kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances to ensure your friends and family are entertained in style! The living area features magnificent hardwood floors, smooth ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. Feel the sweet southern breeze and take in the views as you enjoy your favorite book or an afternoon cocktail on the screened-in porch. Even though you will feel miles away, satellite TV is available just in case a brief afternoon shower interrupts your fun in the sun. Restaurants, shops, and the Plantation Golf Course on Edisto Beach are just a short five-mile drive away. Treasure your time on Edisto! No Smoking. No Pets. No WiFi.
