Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Four great days at Edisto

The house had a great layout for two families to have their own space. House is right on the beach. I would recommend it!

The property was great and enjoyed being close to the beach. Only issue was the hot water heater leaked and needed to be fixed which took all day Sunday. Otherwise we had a great time…

Weekend getaway

Beautiful views and outstanding location. The property is very spacious and the outside porches are wonderful. A few minor things I’d suggest like more comfortable mattresses and adjusting the threshold at the front door so bugs can’t vacation with you. We had a sheet that was put on a bed that had a stain on it and the handle on the refrigerator was missing. Several blinds were broken also but these things are easily fixable and didn’t spoil our weekend. Beautiful weekend!

July beach week

Liked the house set up. Amount of beach depending on tide needs to be divulged in write up. We were lucky the tides were in our side time wise. Also, the big step down is impossible for older folks who had to walk down in order to get in beach. A boardwalk/steps would be great right there. Need new set of knives, glassware (not enough, random), new dining room chairs and new/more rockers on back porch. And I think all beach house lack blackout shades. Place was very clean. Like outdoor shower area.

Sand under your feet

What a fabulous long weekend! Inside the house or out on the porch, you’ll relax right away to the sound of the waves and the unrestricted view. We enjoyed rocking in the chairs on the beach and taking walks to enjoy the sunrise. We were lucky to see several dolphins playing very close to shore. The house layout of great for a group with two bedrooms on opposite sides of the living/dining separated by bathrooms. December was such a great time to visit. Weather was nice enough to enjoy exploring while also getting to enjoy the quiet of off season. Edisto has wonderful beach access. Make sure to check out the beaches on the calmer south end. Restaurants were very good too, particularly Waterfront Restaurant and E&O Tacos.

Beach vacation

The house was great, shabby chic beachy, great location! A bit disappointed in the management company, cleanliness was not up to the usual standards, amenities such as paper towels, kleenex , or any kitchen cleaner was sparse or non existent. I realize everyone is cost conscious these days and short handed but small gestures go a long way in customer satisfaction. There was also no answer after normal business hours

Weekend family getaway

We did a weekend getaway and I'm so glad that we chose Sunrise Sunset. The house was exactly as listed. The oceanviews were absolutely breathtaking! We are looking forward to when we can return.

i cannot say enough about this home! What we love the most, honestly is the location of the house. This house cannot be any closer to the ocean. It is situated away from any public beach access, so the entire oceanfront of the house is open to you and your guests. Great rental! We love it and will be back!

This house sits right on the beach with amazing views. The porch is mostly covered with unobstructed views of the beach. The house is wide open and allows for plenty of space for the family to sit and interact with each other. The table is great for family game night. One bathroom toilet area is much smaller than the other; great for little kids but not as great for adults. A few bedrooms were hot at night, even with the ceiling fans and air conditioner on; it was best to leave the doors open for circulation. A great time was had with family and we will consider this house again for a quick get away for some EdiSLO time!

The location and layout of the house was perfect. House was as advertised. It rained the first day and a half while we were there, so the covered deck in back and screened in porch in front came in handy. We enjoyed walking up and down the beach, collecting shells and watching the dolphins play. While we were not traveling with our dogs this time, Vacasa was very accomodating when my brother came down from Charlotte with his two pups for the night. Overall great trip and would not hesitate to book again. Two things to note for travelers, the beach is dog friendly (which we loved) but not everyone followed the rules about keeping their dogs on a leash. We had several random dogs approach us to say hi. The road in and out of Edisto beach can get backed up with traffic, while Charleston is only 48 miles away it took more than an hour and a half to get there.

Weekend at the beach!

This was a lovely location, a somewhat dated home but very cozy and personable. Unbeatable views, the beach is literally at your door. I would definitely seek out this location again and refer it to others! Really nice experience.

We had originally booked Corrigan. However, because it had sustained some damage from the nor’easter, Vacasa put us up in Sunrise, Sunset. This was a larger and more updated beach house. It had 2 more bedrooms a larger open floor plan, and a king sized bed with and ocean view. It was very nice. The only challenge was in the bathrooms… the toilets almost feel like afterthoughts and are in tiny cubby spaces. However, this did not pose any major inconvenience. Overall we were very pleased and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
