"The room was super clean, the staff courteous, and very helpful. I had 2 small issues: the refrigerator in the room is not large enough to hold the restaurant’s dinner plates ( whatever is left over goes to waste ). Their food is great. Not enough sweetener and coffee cream were available in the room, and I did ask the maid if she could get me some, she simply replied that she didn’t have any. I should have alerted the front desk but chose not to do so.Large rooms. Nice big screen TV, great internet service. Nice parking. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel. Excellent!"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The first time I came, I got engaged — and the second time, I got married. This place truly holds a special meaning for me. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is always excellent. I’ll definitely stay here every time I visit the Dominican Republic.
