"Ich hatte dieses haustierfreie Ferienhaus mit Whirlpool und Sauna gebucht, um ein paar entspannte Wellness-Tage in Ruhe zu genießen. Bei der Ankunft wurde schnell klar, dass der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte und das Ferienhaus eindeutig für Hundebesitzer konzipiert war. Die Hundehaare auf dem Bett bestätigten dies. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Rezeption, Kundendienst und Dormio stellte sich heraus, dass Belvilla die volle Verantwortung für die Mängel übernahm. Belvilla bearbeitet unsere Beschwerde...

"Ik heb erg genoten van het huisje. Er waren veel goede voorzieningen en een fijne sfeer. Echter hebben wij het huisje geboekt voor de jacuzzi. Echter bij aankomst bleek die defect. Daarna ben ik het gesprek aan gegaan met de verantwoordelijke op dat moment van dormio op het park zelf. Dat gesprek vond ik niet echt Service biedend. Ik werd door verwezen naar jullie waar ik geboekt heb. En vervolgens daar een klacht ingediend. Ik zou de volgende dag nog wat horen. Alleen is het nu 4 dagen later en...
