"The room was clean and spacious witu a mini fridge and, of a couple european citied we visited, this one had the best air conditioning. Staff was helpful and friendly. Didnt do breakfast because of price and options. About 9 CHF per person to book a good shuttle service to airport. Very easy self check in process. 10 minute walk to train station to main city."

"This was a nice, clean hotel located within a few miles from the Zurich airport. The gentleman that checked us in was very professional and spoke excellent English. After reading other reviews, I was under the mistaken impression that they had a free airport shuttle. While they can make arrangements for an airport shuttle for a fixed fee, the hotel staff encourages guests to use the city bus instead, which stops across the street. We were not interested in lugging our suitcases across the road and into a city bus, or trying to navigate from the bus stop to the correct terminal. Also, there were no instructions for how to make arrangements for the shuttle to pick you up at the airport to get to the hotel. If you are counting on using the shuttle, I would suggest contacting the hotel in advance while you have a good internet or cell connection. You can take the train to the local stop in Kloten, but it is a good 10-15 minute walk to the hotel from there, which is not very fun in 90-100 degree temps. Also, speaking of high temps, the hotel does have a functional air conditioning, but it is controlled centrally and is not as cool as most American travelers would be used to. The hotel did provide a fan upon request, which did help with cooling down the room."
