You live in our romantic farmhouse with exceptional architecture. Only 7 km northwest of Lake Chiemsee, nestled in the Eggstätt-Hemhofer lake district, a natural idyll with many swimming lakes, hiking trails and bike paths. Relax in this exclusive holiday apartment with a Chiemgau farmhouse parlor, a cozy tiled stove, a magnificent exposed roof structure and handmade furniture. This dream apartment has two separate bedrooms and an additional sleeping gallery with blackout curtains. In addition to the fairytale atmosphere, we offer the latest equipment such as dishwasher, microwave, WiFi, telephone, satellite TV, DVD, CD + MP3 player, radio, fully automatic ventilation, whirlpool (jacuzzi) and other amenities. Breakfast service, on request small children's equipment, medieval vaulted cellar, sauna, table tennis, children's play room, adventure playground, lawn, washing machine, dryer. For those interested, there is also a stable with farm animals and petting animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and chickens. As cozy as before, comfortable as today.
