Penthouse "Zeejuweel" is for a maximum of 4 people and is located on the 6th floor of the apartment complex "terrassenflat". This house is very spacious and offers a lot of comfort.
From the hall you enter the living room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom. The very spacious living room offers a lot of comfort and is furnished with 2 comfortable chairs, flat screen TV and a cozy dining area (fireplace may not be used). From the living room you can step through the sliding doors onto the furnished balcony (50 m²) with awning. The spacious terrace faces southeast, so you can enjoy the sun all summer long. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, beach and dunes of Egmond. Truly unique!
 
The spacious, separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stove with 4 hobs, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso and coffee maker (filter), kettle, oven, grill and mixer. There is also a separate installation for osmosis drinking water.
 
The penthouse "Zeejuweel" has no fewer than 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet, double sink and bathroom furniture. The other bathroom has a shower, sink and bathroom furniture.
 
The 2 bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. 1 bedroom has electric beds.
 
The double garage that belongs to this house is unique, for 2 cars. There is also a separate storage room for bicycles and/or beach equipment. For your information: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.
 
The complex has an elevator. But you still need to be able to climb some stairs.
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland dune reserve.

Eine traumhaft schöne große Wohnung direkt am Strand und Naturschutzgebiete. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf's Meer ist einmalig. In der Nähe befinden sich fußläufig Restaurants, kleine Boutiquen sowie ein Lebensmittel Einkaufsladen. Die Betten sind bequem, Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Seit Jahren kommen wir immer wieder hier hin, was auch an den sehr netten Vermietern liegt, die auch dieses Jahr wieder für reichlich Sonnenschein gesorgt haben.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend, man hat eine sehr gute Sicht auf das Meer und die Dünen.

Der wunderbare Blick von der großen Terrasse über Dünen und Meer. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer großen Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist zwar edel aber nicht mehr ganz modern, allerdings liebevoll zusammen getragen!

Von der Wohnung hat man einen fantastischen Blick über das Meer und die Dünen. Vom Balkon kann man auch die gesamte Stadt überblicken. Die Ausstattung ist großartig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jan, Danielle und das Team sind sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation funktioniert großartig und man erfüllt alle Wünsche. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Der Ausblick ist traumhaft.sehr großer Balkon.so dass man zwischen Sonne und Schatten wählen kann. Sehr gute Ausstattung , es fehlte an nichts . Wer von der Wohnung und der Lage nicht begeistert ist, sollte evtl woanders hinfahren. Selten findet man so einen Schatz an Wohnung. Fam. Dekker ist sehr freundlich und immer da, wenn es doch mal irgendwo hakt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Meinem Mann hat das elektronische Klavier sehr gefallen. Er hat sich extra Kopfhörer mitgenommen, um die Nachbarn nicht zu stören. Toll war auch, dass die Rinder bis an den Zaun bei der Ferienanlage kamen. Der Blick auf die Dünen und das Meer... Unglaublich. Auch gab es in diesem Jahr ein neues Bett und neue Terrassen Möbel

Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick sind einmalig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr viel Stauraum. Betten sind bequem.
