Top location! Next to lighthouse, beach 50m SIGHT

  • Wisselend Tij Apartments in Egmond aan Zee is situated at the most beautiful place of the old fischermans village: right near the lighthouse J.C.J. van Speijk in a quiet street at the centre.
    Only 50 m from the apartment you will find the beach, dunes and the charming centre of the village. There are lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The apartments have a unique location right below the lighthouse, at walkingdistance of the beach and the center.
    Our house SIGHT for 5 persons is situated on the first floor. The livingroom has a large sofa and two chairs, a diningtable with 5 chairs, a large TV with many chanels and Netflix Disney+. The kitchen is fully equiped, dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower, toilet, a sink and two drawers. Two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a doublebed, the second bedroom has a boxspring and bunkbed. There is a separate toilet.
    WIFI, parking, Kitchentowels, Toiletpaper, cleaningproducts, soap are included. Free parking for 1 car. There are many parkinglots around the apartments.
    You can also visit nice villages Bergen and Schoorl, Alkmaar with it's cheesemarket, Hoorn, Haarlem and Amsterdam (40 minutes). There's a bus stop in 1 minute from the apartments.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Egmond an Zee, direkt am Leuchtturm gelegen.Ich hatte die Ferienwohnung mit Dachterrasse (Apartment Zicht).Mein Auto habe ich eine Woche lang nicht benötigt, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Supermarkt, Feinkostgeschäft, Fischgeschäft, Tabakwarenladen, Bäckerei, zahlreiche Brasserien, Cafés und Strandbars sind in 1 bis 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist in 2 Gehminuten erreicht perfekt.Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die Küche hatte alles was benötigt wird, da kam ich als Hobbykoch sehr gut zurecht. Auch das Bad und die Toilette waren tip top.Ich hatte eine Hündin mit dabei, auch sie hat sich wohlgefühlt & es geliebt auf dem mit Fußbodenheizung gewärmten Boden im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen. Ihr war lediglich die Treppe zu steil, da hat sie sich nicht runter getraut, was aber kein Problem war, da ich sie dann getragen habe.Besuchszeitraum war Februar, trotz eiskalten & manchmal stürmischen Windes haben wir in der Wohnung nichts davon gemerkt, die Wohnung ist sehr gut isoliert, auch von den Nachbarn in den angrenzenden Wohnungen haben wir nichts mitbekommen, top.Das Auto konnte ich direkt nahe der Wohnung parken, Ladestationen sind zahlreich im Ort vorhanden.Ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt ganz nah am Strand und einen Steinwurf von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Sie ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Kleine Mängel: recht steile Treppe in die Wohnung, sehr weiche Matratzen und etwas wenig Schränke und Besteck. Wir würden trotzdem gerne wieder hinfahren.

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, die Lage ist 1a und die Sonnenterasse optimal. Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Menschen mit Gehbehinderung sollten beachten, dass es eine sehr steile Eingangstreppe gibt.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Leutturm und kurze Wege in die Stadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht . Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein unvergessenes Wochenende

Wir, 5 ältere Damen, haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir konnten, dank des tollen Wetters, die super Terrase in vollen zügen genießen. Wir komen bestimmt wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage!

Alles super! Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr gemütlich eingrichtet und vor allem sehr sauber! Die Dachterrasse ist toll und ist mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenschirm voll ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon von dem man sogar in der Ferne ein Stückchen Meer sieht. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin Judith ist sehr freundlich, der Kontakt war stets super und unkompliziert! Man ist in ein paar Metern am Meer, in den Dünen und in der Einkaufsstraße mit vielen schönen Boutiquen und Restaurants. Meine Mama, mein Bruder und ich hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. :)

Rundum zufrieden!

Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich! Aufgrund des guten Wetters mit viel Sonne hat man uns noch einen Sonnenschirm besorgt, damit wir die Dachterrasse noch besser nutzen können! Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Ideal zum Strand und in die Stadt. Kinderzimmer etwas klein (ohne Schrank), Bad auch klein, aber Wohn/Essbereich, Schlafzimmer und Küche passen schon gut. Insgesamt ist das Haus schon etwas älter, aber von innen ist das nicht relevant. Vermieterin sehr nett und schnell in der Kommunikation. Wir haben schöne zwei Sommerferienwochen verbracht (wozu bestimmt auch das gute Wetter beigetragen hat).

Erholung Pur-Ehmond aan Zee immer eine Reise wert.

Das Objekt liegt optimal. Super Lage, fussläufig sind Strand und Einkaufsprommenade zu erreichen. Sehr, sehr schön. Es könnte aber für die kommende Saison mal in neue Matratzen investiert werden.

Empfehlenswert

Mit der Wohnung waren wir (4 köpfige Familie) insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Sie ist groß genug, hell und gut aufgeteilt. Das Bad ist recht eng, aber damit kann man sich für die Dauer eines Urlaubs arrangieren. Lage ist super. Strand, Städtchen, Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Auto braucht man eigentlich nur für Ausflüge. Der Kontakt mit Judith war auch total easy und nett. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Schöne Unterkunft für unseren Kurzurlaub

Das Appartement ist weiterzuempfehlen, die Lage ist sehr gut. Auch zu fünft ist der Platz grundsätzlich ausreichend, nur das Bad ist etwas beengt. Parallel Duschen und Nutzung der Toilette eher nicht möglich. Wir würden dennoch wiederkommen.
