"Reserved 2 rooms with written instructions. One room for my mother and my aunt who were arriving at a different time than myself. I called the day of to verify. The call was comforting, repeated instructions back to me referring to my mother and aunt by name. Bye the time I arrived they had their room and out dining. Worry free stays, clean rooms and common areas. The staff were courteous and helpful. Will use them again. Thanks"
