"Let me start by saying this property is located in one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world. You wouldn’t be able to tell that be stepping inside the hotel. For labeling itself a wine resort and spa, we weren’t even offered a wine refreshment upon checking in. Any questions at the front desk were answered with bored and unhelpful answers. Just five minutes down the road we encountered a beautiful b&b we should have stayed in instead. Never again LOISIUM"
