Literally, the best all inclusive place in Israel the pool was a little cold and the waterpark and large pool was under construction wasn’t too happy about that but overall, the staff was great and very accommodating
The status of the hotel is very old.
The only thing that was in good condition in the number is the toilet room and the bed.
The room itself is old and dark.
The worst thing in the hotel is the food.
The food is not of a great quality, not tasty and not made well.
In the summer there weren't even fruits, soups and nothing to drink except sparkling juices. The water was tap water.
The bar is very bad, the people that work there don't know how to do their job. I got served a mojito with sugar flooding in it.
The pool is only for little kids, there wasn't a place with deep water in the pool.
The hotel is pretty far from the beach and it takes time to get there without a car.
The service personage, the Russians at most, are pretty welcoming and willing to help.
For the high price I paid, relatively to other countries in the world, I expected a lot more.
This was THE BEST family vacation we had in years!
This was THE BEST family vacation we had in years!
The hotel facilities were very good, we had a connecting room and while celebrating our twins' 12 years' old and Bat-Mitzvah, the receptionist sent us 2 bottles of Kava and 2 packets of chocolate for each of the rooms to celebrate with.
We had so much fun we decided to stay one more night and the hotel staff were so helpful and went out of their way in keeping us one of the rooms for this extra night, and allowed us a very late checkout so we will have enough time for another adventure in the surrounding of Eilat.
We will definitely going to return to this hotel in Eila, and also consider the all inclusive hotel in Tiberias.
old rooms and old furniture .. and it's just for the little kids.. lots of activities for the kids not for the adults or couples..
Great location and food

We booked this hotel Leonardo Club HOtel Eilat and when we arrived the hotel was closed !!
We never receuved any mail anything to tell us that we were booked in another place. It is really anadmissable; we are really desappointed.
Great place for a family. Good food, lots to do, adequate room, close to shopping and a dice shop.
The staff were very helpful. They keep the grounds clean and organized.
Would definitely return.
We were delighted with the Leonardo club. Our family room was comfortable with efficient air-con. Room was serviced daily. Service by staff at all levels. Nothing was too much trouble. Facilities for the children were exceptional and the food was amazing. We will definitely return.

Hotel przyjazny rodzinie
Hotel przyjazny rodzinom , trochę wymagałby odświeżenia. Duży wybór jedzenia, fajne baseny.
To start with, this hotel is located by foul smelling mineral pools. These pools are adjacent to the hotel and have a really bad smell all day and night.
The hotel is not near the beach or central Eilat area at all.
We went here because of the pools and slides for the kids. While there, we learned that only one slide is open at a time-- in other words, one big slide is open in the morning and then is shut down in the afternoon and the other slide is open in the afternoon, but is closed in the morning. This is ridiculous, in my opinion.
When we got to our room, it had the stench of old sweat, though it was likely just moisture that had accumulated in the room. Since we had several rooms together, I did not complain to the front desk because I did not want to have to move all of our rooms. This smell was bad every time we entered the room-- once we were there for a while thankfully I did not notice it as much.
The food was actually pretty good. Good selection of different salads and food.
So, no I would not go back and would rather spend my money on a more updated hotel and one that is not near the stinky mineral pools and also where the rooms were cleaner and smelled better.
