This is not a 5 star hotel but for the price we paid and the location and the staff it was great! It was clean the beds we’re comfortable and it was close to the beach promenade. All we needed!

Nice little hotel, good service

I've stayed here many times, back in the days of the Soleal. I very much like the location, the small size, and the breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The "Premium Double Room" that I reserved seemed more spacious on the booking site, and in fact was pretty cramped (for 2 people).

Cute little hotel in a great location

Nice little hotel in an excellent and convenient location. STAFF WAS SUPERB! For the friendliness of the staff, I will *absolutely* stay here again. Everyone was great - from the check-in folks, to the housekeeping, just an absolute pleasure. The only suggestions I would have is the TVs could do with an upgrade, and perhaps slightly better blankets...but this is really a nitpick.

I do think this property is very overpriced. To walk to our small room we had to squeeze by mattresses that were leaning in the hallway, as well as mutiple laundry carts-that never disappeared. Staff were kind/helpful.

As per other reviews i was asked to pay again, with an hours argument at reception. It was only resolved when i was able to show my bank account with money paid to Expedia. The hotel has a great location with a short walk to the beach and the promenade. A number of bus stops are also close by. The hotel has nice pool and the rooms were quite spacious. The reception staff was quite friendly as well and was very efficient with checkin and checkout.

The hotel is close to the beach and other facilities, it has a decent albeit small pool with a life guard, it is spotlessly clean, but a bit tired. The staff are friendly and helpful. Half of Eilat is a building site, with noisy and unsightly work going on.

The only two good points about the hotel is the location and price. Air-conditioning also was very good. But i didn't like the rooms and the food. It's not that bad, but in every hotel of 4 stars I was before it was much better. My family last day even didn't agree to come eat breakfast with me there. The swimming pool is small, if you have more than 10 persons inside it becomes crowded. I don't know how many stars this hotel is but i wouldn't give it more than 3 stars. I would recommend it to couples that like to be close the living places, but wouldn't recommend it to families.

The hotel had pleasant front desk that was accommodating and service minded. The room was spacious and fresh. The hallways and staircases in the hotel needs some renovation so the room was a great surprise compared to other areas of the hotel. The location is close to the beach behind a hotel complex. Not good

Pros: location, breakfast (excellent!), and pool. Cons: room was falling apart - the furniture was broken, lights hanging askew, desperately needed a paint job. One of our first rooms didn’t have electricity, and the electricity for the entire hotel went out several times while we were there. Hallways needed vacuuming. When we went to check out, I asked for late checkout, which was supposed to be guaranteed as a hotels.com gold member for this hotel, and was strongly rebuked. Only after I showed the desk correspondence I had about late check out with the manager was I permitted to have late check out for one of our three rooms, but not before getting a lecture about how unusual it was to get late check out.
