"Great location to visit Masada. Breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was when we returned in the evening, we had to wait a long time for someone to open the gate to let us into the property."

"I spent only one night. My notes: Polite and helpful employees, Good room, Was comfortable with the aircon, Enjoyed the swimming pool, (got lucky it was the Tuesday with night swimming). good and early breakfast that is suitable to start the day early in the hot summer.
Only inconvenience was stairs between the elevator to the room. (There are rooms in the half without the stairs, and I didn't check if there was another elevator)"
"I been traveling across Israel with my family and stayed in many hotel and this hotel is by far taking the crown in regards to customer service.
The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests.
We had some issues with the sleeping arrangements and he solved it in seconds.
The staff at the hotel is helpful and accommodating except the service in the lobby which is lazy and unaccommodating.
It's almost feels like a different section that does not belong to the hotel. Having said that the rest of the hotel is wonderfully accommodating in all levels. We ate at the hotel our entire stay and the food was magnificent. The only thing I will add is I wish the waiters at the dining room will serve water and drinks at the table instead of guest bringing it from the buffet, the glasses are small and half of it spills until you get to the table. All in all we had a great time I will definitely recommend it and be back for sure."
"I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area."
