"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Es war ein super schöner Weihnachtsurlaub mit der Familie. Alle waren super freundlich und wir konnten zum Glück auch bereits eher einchecken. Bei Fragen und Problemen waren alle direkt vor Ort und hilfsbereit. Alles war entspannt und gut zu erreichen :) "
