"Upon check-in, I had paid for a spacious room with a bar. To my surprise, the front desk informed me that all available rooms had been booked. They offered me the most undesirable option, a room devoid of windows, devoid of a view, and confined to four walls, and it was remarkably small with full of Roaches. I paid for a comfortable room, not for a subpar one. Furthermore, the front staff asked to upgrade my room for a larger one and that to pay the difference. The service provided was horrible, and I was thoroughly dissatisfied with this hotel. Disgusting "

"The rooms were clean but way too noisy. Insulation in the walls is non existent. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket, only to be met with the front desk person telling me there’s 4 pillows already and asking if we had an extra person, to which I responded that no, I have back problems and get cold. Parking is easy and right below the rooms. Pool and jacuzzi look clean. Checked out early because of noise, was not offered my money back despite having checked out two nights early. "

"This is the case probably with many of the hotels by the shore, you need a car or taxis to get around. There is no sidewalk, just highways. The hotel was good overall. The staff was great! The bathroom had an odd smell from the water pipes I assume. It was strong the first night then less so then increased again. It was very unpleasant. The bedsheets appeared clean but I saw a couple of hairs which wasn't great."

"The rooms were very clean. Staff was very respectful and worked around our schedule to clean the room. Breakfast is provided for free in the morning. Parking was super easy and cars are under surveillance 24/7."

"The hotel is centric to all places in Ensenada, the hotel and staff were excellent, will definitely book our stay there again."
