Nice central hotel

The hotel is fine. Nice rooms nothing fancy. The bed is very good. Windows can open, but there is no hook to keep it open. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices, fresh fruit and good quality of the bread, cheese, yoghurt..

Nice hotel in historic Eksjö

Very nice older hotel in the centre of historic Eksjö. We booked for three adults in one room and got an extra bed that was too hard to sleep on. Unless you like very hard beds, we advice you to check and ask for extra mattress to the extra bed. Besides that, we had a very good stay!

Old rooms but great service.

The hotel was ok, up to expectations but quite old interior and would need a renovation and upgrade to get full pott. But the staff was friendly and service was to its finest. Breakfast was nice and satisfying.

Ok, men trenger en kjÊrlig hÄnd !

Fint sted midt i byen. Men hotellet kunne trenge til en ordentlig hĂ„nd. SkjĂžnner det skal vĂŠre gammel bevart stil, men det gĂ„r an og pusse opp vegge, vaske tepper, vinduer, fikse blomster og smĂ„ skader. Og ordne gjestedoen i resepsjonen som stĂ„r og forfaller. Kunne vĂŠrt enda koseligere om hotellet ble passet bedre pĂ„. Rommene var fine og sengen go. Savner mer finesse til frokosten.. og at baren ikke stengte kl 22 som resten av byen :( Personalet vi mĂždte pĂ„ smilte og var vennlig, utenom en eldre herre i baren (sĂ„ alltid veldig sur og misfornĂžyd ut). Kommer gjerne tilbake, men da MÅ det pusses opp lidt.

Ok hotel til prisen.

Helt okay hotel, i skÞnne omgivelser. Eksjö er en dejlig lille by. Til prisen var hotellet fint, det var rent og pÊnt. Dog larmede kÞleskabet fuldstÊndigt forfÊrdeligt, og det samme med ventilationen, som ikke kunne slukkes. Morgenmaden er middelmÄdig, det meste kunne godt have vÊret tilberedt lidt lÊngere. HalvrÄ pandekager, bacon og helt vÄde scrambeleggs. BrÞd, pÄlÊg osv. Var udemÊrket. Der er mange restauranter og indkÞbsmuligheder lige i nÊrheden, hvilket var super.

I förhÄllande till priset: Rummets planering inte den bÀsta. Utspridda sittplatser och inget litet soffbord trots att plats egentligen finns. Ingen avstÀllningsyta i badrummet - behöver fixas till. Noterade att utrymningsplan inte hunnit sÀttas upp pÄ dörrens insida som brukligt. Rummet mörkt pga av ena fönstret igensatt - tillfÀlligt pga renovering? Personalen var dock trevlig och tillmötesgÄende. Frukosten helt OK.

Vi pÄtalade att flÀkten pÄ rummet inte fungerade ordentligt, och önskade fÄ den utbytt. Fanns inga reserver tydligen, helt ok, men en vaktmÀstare skulle laga den under dagen. Det var inte gjort, och heller inget meddelande eller liknande. Det hela kÀndes vÀldigt slött och ointresserat. Helt ok vistelse, men kommer nog inte aktivt söka mig dit igen.

Greit, men eldre hotell. Pluss for minikjÞleskap og vifte pÄ rommet, og at hotellet har en bar. Sentral beliggenhet. Koselig by, men lite Ä se/gjÞre. Frokosten var ikke helt topp, men grei. Ikke AC pÄ rommet, sÄ det var VARMT om natten.

Vi sÄg fram emot en trevlig övernattning med bokat bord i hotellets restaurang. Hotelrummet och frukostmatsalen trevliga men servicen i kvÀllsrestaurangen pÄ kvÀllen var inte vad vi förvÀntade oss. Vi reserverade bord minst en mÄnad innan som var registrerad men inget bord fanns för oss tvÄ personer reserverat utan erbjöds enstaka bord vid baren som fanns över och inte dÀr alla satt pÄ glasverandan. Detta gjorde vÄrt besök till mindre lyckad och vi Àr fundersamma över hur hotellets restaurang planerar för sina gÀster. BÀttring behövs!

Terrible, the straff in the reception was absolutley not service minded, she was not interested of us as guests at the Hotel. Didn’t inform us at all, just wanted us to pay. I had requested a quiet room, it was NOT! Near to roads with traffic, a firestation and a LOT of noise. The room i booked should have dubbelbed, this room was small and the bed was just 140 centimeters wide. When I asked about it she was ignoring and not helpful at all. Blamed all on the site Expedia wich site I didn’t book on! When I said that the price was high for that kind of room and comfort, , she just lagughed and said, that’s the price! We don’t recommend anyone to book or stay at this hotel, at all!

Det var bra service och personalen var tillmötesgÄende nÀr vi ville byta frÄn inomhus till uteserveringen för 10 pers.
