"poorly maintained rooms (aircon issues, defective cupboards , poor lighting) zero reading material about the hotel amenities in the room. cafe/restaurant claims to serve meals 24 hours. however after asking waiter that i will be placing an order, no none came !!!! front desk staff & manager need training in people skills. surprisingly only the security guards were polite and helpful. they should become the front desk staff instead of the current staff. !!!!!"

"Its a large hotel and fairly new. The shower doesn't not work properly, the water temperature keeps changing from hot to cold and the shower area is too small plus the soap tray is fitted in the wrong place and you keep bumping your knee. The bathroom door came in for my friends room and the water doesn't drain properly"

"Little paradise in not really nice airport area. Heated pool. Rooms are basic but serve the purpose. The garden and the spa is amazing. Great place to have a night after or before your next flight."
