"Beautiful property Helpful staff Comfortable bed Music until 2am is asking a lot of the average guest. If you don’t want to participate then it’s an annoyance and assumes all guests want this, espaxillay as majority of rooms face the bar. Perhaps midnight would be a better balance for all guests. WiFi was not sufficient in the cylinder rooms - couldn’t take calls over WiFi and there isn’t another space, without music, to do this."

"We booked this hotel in advance to celebrate the ending of our honeymoon as part of our travel in Peru. The hotel was perfect for relaxing before our way home! It is decorated beautifuly, with 2 pools, spacious, clean room (with a seaview!). The staff was very kind and helpful! At the desk we were greeted everyday with Patricia's smile, who was so kind and helped us with everything we needed throughout the trip! Breakfast is nice and filling. There is a restuarant open all day to order food and drinks! The pools are cleaned daily and there are many sunbeds available! Plus we were lucky enough to enjoy two activities hosted by the hotel- beach bonfire with marshmellows and a movie by the pool with popcorn! Now for some notes that are important before booking- the hotel is wonderful with a private beach and all the facilities you would need to rest, but it is quite secluded from the main towns. To get to Mancora or Los organos, you would need to book a taxi, and they are not cheap like the rest of Peru. Because of that, your options for meals are limited- either eat at the hotel's restuarant (tasty but not very cheap) or book a taxi and drive between 15-30 mins to the other towns to eat. Another thing to note is that as great as all of Staff was, most of them do not speak English and sometimes due to that we had some misunderstandings. Other than that, we had a lovely time here, and we highly recommend staying here for a calm vacation! We would return if we could."

"punta sal is a beautiful place. the resort itself is gorgeous with a great pool, beautiful beach and the staff are incredibly lovely - especially Christian who was extremely kind to us throughout our stay. The bungalow sat literally on the beach with a bed facing the windows to the beach which was lovely to watch in the morning when waking up. the bed was big & comfortable, and having a fridge was great to keep drinks cold for the hot weather. the only thing we would comment about the bungalow is that it’s quite dated and could do with a paint, and redecoration, to match the rest of the resort. The food and drinks were amazing, especially the penne con salsa de aji de gallina and leche de tigre carretillero. The breakfast had many options so you can have something different everyday. The staff were happy to alter drinks for me so i could enjoy despite allergies, which I am very grateful for. The staff are really attentive and kind, always looking to make your experience better. Something that they could add to make the experience better than it already is, is maybe having some activities to do optionally for free like games at the pool/on the beach, to make it a bit more entertaining for families & young people, for example marco polo in the pool. Also, the wifi was just okay, and could be a bit faster and better. Again, this is just things to improve an already great experience!! we really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come again soon!"

"There was an issue with my booking when I arrived. When the staff couldn't help me, they contacted the owner who quickly arrived from another location to help. She was able to find the issue. Due to confusion they didn't have a room available but she was very nice to help me find another hotel she took me to a number of them that I was able to look around and find one that I liked. And she took care of everything. Although I didn't stay in the place I did take a look at the amenities it's a very nice place and I highly recommend it I will definitely stay there again in the future."

"We had just finished hiking five days the Salkantay and had full intentions of just relaxing for four days and it was absolutely perfect. The view from our room was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very kind but the managers went above and beyond and make you feel at home. The food, wow the food was just exceptional. we ate every meal there and it was all so lovely. We hung out on in the beach chairs and swam by the pool each day. We would definitely come back for another visit."
