"This is a fantastic hotel all around. The rooms are well appointed, the property is well maintained, and you can't beat the location across from the cathedral within the city walls. The price was extremely reasonable for a four star hotel. We will be back!"

"It’s a small family hotel very close to Saint Teresa’s natal home church. Wish they had coffee cafe available early with perhaps a machine. Even though limited staff, Norma was very helpful and a sweetheart. On the negative side, there are no close restaurants or shops but the walk into the busier plazas was not bad at all and it was an easy walk to out the walls Lienzo Norte. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you to the owner 👏!!!"

"Great quality-price! The hotel is located in downtown Avila in a historical building. It does not have elevator. Breakfast is included, nice croissant and fresh toast with good coffee. Wifi works really well in rooms and public places."

"Limpio, solo sería de mucha ayuda que hubiera mejor comunicación con el anfitrión para hacer el check in después de las 21:00, ya que si por alguna razón llegas después de esa hora, no habrá nadie que te abra ni te responda, por suerte un vecina me ayudó a contactarlo."
