The property is ideally located off the beach and easy access to A7 highway and grocery store.Everything was provided as per listing. We highly recommend and will certainly plan for a return visit"

"Great view just like in the pictures. The patio is amazing! Beds were comfortable, had all the essentials to be able to cook a meal, washing machine was great. Some kinks in the communication in the check-in process as far as dates and number of people in our party. But with great communication were able to clarify it all. Some better instructions on how to operate the AC would have been helpful."

"This apartment was in a great location and was exactly as described. The only drawback for us was the parking space was very tricky to get in and out of and that created some stress. The view was amazing and it was a short walk to old town and the beachfront promenade. Our family had a great stay."

"Stayed wit my sisters and niece (4 adults) for a birthday celebration in April 2024. Apartment: Spacious, well kept and clean and comfotable. Equipped with everything we needed. Grounds seemed well maintained too but didn't use pool due to weather too chilly. Location: Great location for beach, nightlife and shop...all walking distance. Communication: Always quick and responsive communiction via whatsapp. Overall great stay, good value and would happily book again."

The area around the complex is really quiet and well maintained. We rented a car and visited local towns around. Each evening we had a dinner at different restaurants. Our family of four has had an amazing week stay here , the property is in a superb, easily accessed location on Los Arqueros and offers a top quality roof terrace as well as being unbelievably well equipped. The greeting, communication and later information given by the owner of the surrounding areas and facilities was excellent and appreciated. Parking never a problem, raxi services and complex facilities excellent."

"Das Appartment war eine einzige Katastrophe. Es funktionierte so gut wie gar nichts. Bereits bei der Ankunft haben wir eine halbe Stunde gebraucht, bis wir die Wohnungstür geöffnet bekamen. Das Schloss war völlig verrostet und der Schlüssel ließ sich nicht drehen. Am nächsten Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Einige Sanitärarmaturen waren nicht fest montiert, so dass die beiden Badezimmer nach Benutzung immer unter Wasser standen. Die Rolladenkurbel im Schlafzimmer war abgebrochen....
