The staff are all very friendly and helpful, I speak very little Spanish and most of the staff did not speak English but they tried their best to communicate and help with any questions I had. Pero lo que separa este hotel de otros es el servicio excelente de parte de sus empleados y su gran honestidad, olvide mi billetera en la habitación y no regrese hasta el día siguiente y encontré mi billetera intacta tal como la dejé , no faltó nada ni un solo peso NADA !! Esto es algo que no se ve muy frecuente en estos tiempos , si pudiera darle 10 estrellas lo haría son el mejor hotel y el más seguro en que he estado GRACIAS INFINITAS 👏"
