About this property

Cozy Private Studio in El Cajon

  • This is about a 450 sq. ft. studio with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. There are 2 TVs one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The living room has a futon which folds out into a bed and as you enter the studio you will find a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and a shelf with cups and mugs for the coffee, along with ground coffee. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and sink with a dispenser of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. After 2 guests the 3rd gets a guest fee and visitors are not allowed due to Covid-19. The lock code that locks and unlocks the door is provided by the guest upon booking.
