This hotel was in a good location, a short walk to the main part of town in El Calafate. The staff were helpful and kind. We were three people in a room. The space felt a bit tight, but we were only in town for two nights. We took advantage of their excursion offering and were so happy with the service. Breakfast was great in a nice cabin like hotel space.

Lovely rustic hotel

Nice hotel within walking distance of the main street in El Calafate with restaurants and bars. Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was fairly basic, but did offer cooked eggs on request. The room was nice - ours was on a heated corridor and also had under-floor heating - which was very useful for drying clothes and boots after a rainy day.

Lovely small friendly hotel in El Calafate

Lovely small hotel in ElCalafate. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived . Mind you they were in the midst of cleaning. However room for improvement. Room fine .. no TV .. Receptionists very helpful friendly. Breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Yes would stay there again.

Great place to stay to visit the Glaciars

Hotel is well - located. Breakfast is Excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. They will exchange currency at Front Desk. El Calafante is mostly a Base for your daily excursions. This lodging is well-suited and more than adequate for this purpose. Upscale lodgings are available in this City - but are unnecessary- unless you've "got to have it"

Pleasant hotel in great location. A lot of small things missing. Minimal space for storage and no hooks for hanging towels, etc. A few more $$ towards what you'd normally find in a hotel would make this place excellent.

Pictures don’t quite make justice to the place. Good size room and so was the bathroom, bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even helped us book some tours to the glaciar park and other activities. Location was great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops in town. Breakfast was okay and they don’t have a/c (which is not needed if your visit is during the cool temperature months)

Hotel Review I had a mixed experience during my stay. The service from the team was excellent, with attentive staff always willing to help. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the room was not well cleaned, and I ended up contracting scabies during my stay. This was extremely unpleasant and caused a huge inconvenience. I hope that the administration takes measures regarding the hygiene of the rooms and common areas, as the service deserves to be accompanied by a better maintained environment.

The location is not ideal the service from the staff of the hotel is inappropriate, they give suggestions without being specific and in the middle of nowhere with freezing temperatures is not nice
