Situated directly on the seaside with the most amazing sea views you can imagine, at 3 minutes' walk from all amenities with a fine selection of bars, restaurants, playground, supermarket, and 3 minutes from sand beach.
First floor corner apartment (previously two apartments), three bedrooms, two completely modernized bathrooms with walk-in showers and one separate toilet.
The living room has a cute little bar with a small fridge to have a glass of wine or a cold beer.
Spacious living area with sea views from all windows. Amazing south facing terrace of 45 M2 (148 sq ft) where you can see the sun rise in the morning!! with terrace furniture and sun beds.
Air conditioning in all rooms (inverter), excellent broadband Internet connection, DVD player, stereo and WIFI.
The kitchen is highly equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, toast iron, mixer, water cooker, juicer, deep fryer.
Washroom with wash/dry combi machine.
Private access to the sea and enclosed parking. You will love it!!

- Refundable damage deposit € 250, -; due upon arrival in cash Euros
- Final cleaning costs and linen € 150, -; due upon arrival.
- 75 kWh electricity per week is included in the rent (this is sufficient for normal use). Extra consumption amounts € 0, 30 per kWh.

Lovely apartment with outstanding views
The apartment was a bit dated but lovely with outstanding views and had everything we needed. The main thing that really impacted on our holiday were the steep hills directly outside the apartment and leading down to the plaza. Not a problem for able bodied but certainly not wheelchair friendly. Oh and the local supermarket was closed and every bit of shopping is either a tram ride or taxi away (20 euro round trip) As we had no car and my mother dependent on a wheelchair it caused us real problems.

Peaceful
Lovely apartment with everything we could want. Loads of cooking utensils and crockery. Balcony was what really made it special. Looking out to sea and soaking up the sun all day long. Everything was nice and clean . Beds were comfy and the showers were big with loads of hot water. Only slight problem was the mosquitoes..we had to buy plug in repellents, sprays and coils. But that was the only thing we could fault and that is obviously not a problem with the apartment. It was a very peaceful apartment and very quiet in the evenings. Only a few places to eat out but the tram stop is only about 10mins walk away so it is easy to get into El Campello for a better choice of restaurants and shops.

The view is what makes the stay at this apartment great Furniture could do with updating but comfortable and I don’t think the 3rd bedroom works being behind the kitchen and next to the lift but overall I would recommend this apartment

Marvellous and well appointed apartment in superb location.
The apartment is well equipped and spacious with lovely views. Roomy bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Huge terrace overlooking the sea with several sun beds, loungers and large table to eat outside. Very comfortable lounge and attractive dining room , with satellite TV, Wi -fi, and well set up CD player . Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The property manager Cathy ten Have and colleagues were extremely kind and helpful with lots of information and suggestions to enhance our stay. Delightful cove and town but a little quiet as it was late in the season but enjoyed the restaurant bar Los Dos where the staff were welcoming and meals freshly prepared. All in all a very pleasant break in beautiful surroundings and extremely convenient location close to the tramline, making trips into El Campello, Alicante and Benidorm quick and easy and very reasonable.

Beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and perfectly situated
This spacious apartment was our home for 10 wonderful days in September and it provided everything we could possibly have wanted. The huge balcony with its fantastic views was an absolute joy from early morning through to late at night. We didn't hire a car and never felt the need for one, with the local supermarket and village square of restaurants and bars providing for all our day to day needs within easy walking distance. The tram service is reliable and cheap and runs to Alicante in one direction and Benidorm (our least favourite trip!) in the other. El Campello itself is two stops down the line and has a beautiful beach with a good range of interesting little shops along it. (Also the nearest pharmacy) Our thanks to Cathy and colleague, who were on hand with local information, help and advice and we particularly appreciated Cathy allowing us to stay longer on our final day, given that our flights were not until the evening. The ceiling of one bedroom looks as if it might have suffered some water damage at some point and requires some attention, but assuming this was taken care of in the meantime, we would most definitely want to come back. All in all, a perfect place.

Love the balcony!
The apartment is lovely, and you can't beat the views! We ate every meal on the balcony. The three bedrooms are adequate, the two shower rooms are lovely and there are also three toilets. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the cooking and eating equipment you would need. It is located a little off the beaten path and is very quiet, but it is only 10 minute drive to El Campello, so you're not far from anything you need. The small cove below the apartment is ideal for a refreshing swim, and the sand beach is a moderate walk around the bend. However, it is rocky and uneven footing, so not good for elderly or very small children. The town does not have much except a few restaurants, but they are all fine. The beaches in El Campello are excellent and plenty of restaurants to choose from on the lovely promenade. The booking agent, Cathy, is helpful and was easily reached when inquiring for information. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet getaway, I recommend this property.

What a position!
Property just as described. View from balcony superb and access to the sea for regular swims a delight and bonus of a ten minute walk to sandy beach. Enough restaurants in walking distance and tram to Alicante was excellent. Would recommend this apartment unreservedly.

A perfect holiday
Everything about our experience on this holiday was great. The apartment was in a great location with a fabulous view of the sea. It is near a supermarket and a row of good restaurants. Nearby is a tram station where you can easily catch a tram up and down to lovely places on the coast. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.. The bedrooms were spacious and the showers were excellent. Cathy and her team from Home away were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She gave us good information and was on hand to help out in different situations. I can highly recommend this experience.

Lovely spacious property, with fantastic sea views.
Very big, well equipped apartment. Wonderful views from a massive balcony. 40 minute tram ride to Alicante and 50 minutes to Benidorm. Lovely bars and restaurants close by.
