This modern villa with excellent views to the sea and the coast from El Campello.
You will find on the first floor the entrance, the living-dining room with open plan kitchen, porch and guest toilet, on the first floor 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 terrace and on the ground floor a guest studio with bed, sofa bed and bathroom, a garage for 4 cars with billiard and table tennis. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. 2 additional beds at a cost of €150/unit. per stay. The pool can be heated. There is a charge of 180,- €/week. Towels, sheets and beach towels are provided.
