The hotel was located conveniently off of the freeway. There was sufficient parking, for it shared the lot with the adjoining building's parking lot. The area for breakfast is a nice room with a tv, where it looks like one could throw a meeting for a small group inside of it. We were in a spacious room and the air conditioner worked great. We would consider staying at this location again.

We stayed overnight to attend a Christmas party. Lisa at the front desk was so welcoming and lovely. She was even lovely to our pup who we were traveling with, which nowadays you don’t get too much of at hotels. The room was spacious and had everything we could ask for. This will be our go to place to stay anytime we’re in El Centro. An extra thanks to Lisa for her customer service and friendliness.

Old and tired

The place was clean but getting old. Our beds were old and toooo soft, waking up with sore back. Shower mold on shower tile. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hot tub wasn’t working. The fence around the pool was falling down, and a safety hazard.

I was unable to change the date from November 3-4 to November 17-18 because my grandson Bryce’s swearing in ceremony for Federal Border Patrol changed the date and I made a mistake by doing a non refundable choice on the Expedia. A waste of over $160 as my $51 dollar bonus on Expedia was also used. Bummer Paul Kinder

We've stayed several times over the past 10 months.Property continues to deteriorate. Most concerning is the elevator. Buttons often do not work. Staff has to be called to reset the system. Also exterior doors do not lock. We will not stay here again.

The elevator did not work, we had to take the stairs to the third floor along with our luggage. No hotel employee available to assist or to report that the elevator was not working. The room had an extremely strong cigarette smell. The hotel stated it was a non-smoking room.
