Our AC did not work very well, only reaching 71 or 72 despite being set lower. My husband also cut his foot on a sharp piece of metal by our bed. We really liked the location though.

This hotel is very centrally located. Convenient walk to Time Square, train stations, bars and restaurants.
The staff is EXTREMELY nice and accommodating.
The hotel is older, and nothing special. But the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable
