Our second visit to this hotel and we were really happy with everything. The staff are always polite and helpful, the room ample for our needs, breakfast was very good and always nice to get a few goodies on arrival. Apartamentos Hesperia Bristol Playa
Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!
