My wife forgot her weeding band after we checked out. She called the hotel lobby and there it was. Housekeeping lady returned the ring and receptionist gave it back to her. Besides that they were very honest with their recommendations. Fuego restaurant was also very good. Good quality food and excellent service. Great place near bioluminescence activity. "
