"First, they charged us for 3 nights. I let them know that we missed a flight from Buenos Aires to Puerto Madryn. I sent via Expedia but was charged for night before we arrived. I asked for ½ off but they said no. Room was hot and wouldnt cool. Poor shower as well."

"The place is far away from downtown... near across the beach in this area... a great place to relax and to rest. The property is perfect for people who come with a car... or groups. I did not like that I had to wait until 8pm to order, but the food came quickly and was delicious. Also, the website says that certain food and drinks were available all day, and they were not."
