Lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment finished to high standard. Wifi included.
Ideally located on the shore of Lago Victoria in Almerimar. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and a further bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning (hot air for the winter) and also ceiling fans There are books, dvds and games for the use of guests. The outside furniture enables you to enjoy the views of sea, lake and mountains. The complex has a large swimming pool (open summer months - mid June to mid September, confirm dates before booking), children's pool, play area, gym, sauna and tennis court. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Ideally located although a car is recommended to maximise your enjoyment of the area.

El apartamento muy bien , limpieza correcta, con todo lo necesario , servicios como parking y piscina excelente . Terraza excelente. Le pongo un 4 estrellas por dos razones la recepción de las llaves que te las dan en una oficina y allá te apañes, suerte que yo conocía la urbanización de estancias anteriores y todo me era conocido. Y la otra pega , los vecinos de arriba que estaban todo el día arrastrando sillas muebles o lo que sea, en ocasiones hasta la una de la madrugada. Si no fuera por eso 5 estrellas.

Inmejorable Estancia . 5 estrellas. Amplia terraza con vistas a la Piscina . Colinda con el bello lago. Con un un bellísimo paseo al Mar rodeando el hermoso lago. Un lugar totalmente recomendable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Alors pour faire simple, la propriété est très belle et bien entretenue. Sur ce point là, rien de négatif à dire. Cependant le voisinage est souvent très bruyant, à des heures plutôt cocasses. Ils vous réveilleront à l’aube avec de douce mélodie Andalouse. La propriétaire est une personne très sélecte, et ne dévoile pas ses informations personnelles même en cas de problème. Vous vous adresserez seulement à l’agence immobilière qui bien sûr ne peut rien faire en cas de problème urgent. La wifi était de qualité médiocre, il fallait la redémarrer toutes les heures pour qu’elle fonctionne correctement. Et pour couronner le tout, le ménage est plus que douteux à certains endroits.

Es tal como se ve en las fotos. El apartamento es muy fresquito, sólo con abrir las cristaleras del salón y la cocina entraba un aire muy agradable. No hizo falta poner el aire acondicionado ningún día y eso que pasamos allí la ola de calor. La urbanización privada está muy bien cuidada, la piscina es enorme y poco concurrida. Los vecinos muy amables. Nos gustó mucho la estancia allí. Es una zona tranquila, cerca de la playa en coche. Es necesario coche para moverte por la zona. La propietaria y la agencia que tramita la entrega de llaves muy bien, muy amables, viajamos con peques y nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora indicada, lo cual es de agradecer. También en la entrega de llaves nos dieron un kit de limpieza: líquido multifunción para desinfectar superficies y rollo de papel de cocina. Por poner una pega, la limpieza no es muy exhaustiva (pero está limpio) y nos hubiera gustado contar con productos de limpieza para suelos, baños y pastillas o líquido fregaplatos que no había para utilizar el lavavajillas o fregar a mano. En tema de menaje, el apartamento está muy bien equipado, tiene todo tipo de enseres en cantidad suficiente. Las toallas también en gran cantidad. Es un sitio que recomendamos ya que ha sido una experiencia positiva. Muchas gracias.

Hemos estado 10 días y con todo el tema del coronavirus virus no hemos estado mal pero tanto en tema de limpieza y explicaciones del alojamiento ha sido algo deficiente sobre todo por la persona que se encarga del tema en Almerimar

The property is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in, Sharon in the estate agents was very helpful, especially when we were a bit chippy about not paying until we had seen the apartment. But all was well in the end. The only thing for us was the miles and miles of plastic farming going on, whether this is a seasonal thing or not I don't know. But the overall smell of compost was annoying. Other than that it was as advertised, super apartment.

¿Por dónde empezar? Las llaves del apartamento nos las entregó una agencia. En primer lugar, ni si quiera se molestaron en acompañarnos para explicarnos todo. Nos dieron las llaves, firmamos el formulario de entrada y ya. Cuando llegamos, nos encontramos el apartamento sucio, le habían hecho un lavado de cara y ya está. Pero cuando empezabas a fijarte en detalle te dabas cuenta de que de limpieza nada de nada(telas de araña en la galería y en las sillas de la terraza, el horno daba miedo, no había productos de limpieza, escoba y fregona viejísimas,etc). Contactamos con la inmobiliaria y nos dijo que como era sábado por la tarde que hasta el lunes no podía enviar a nadie a limpiar (y así fue, el lunes vino una chica que lo dejó todo bastante bien). Sinceramente, porque estábamos a 5h de coche de casa se íbamos con mascotas, que si no, nos hubiéramos marchado. Tuvimos que ir a comprar productos de limpieza y ponernos a limpiar, VERGONZOSO! Pero, eso no es todo, resulta que había varias luces fundidas, el wifi no funcionaba y para colmo, la piscina la abrieron después de llevar allí una semana. En el anuncio ponía que estaba abierta desde mediados de junio a mediados de septiembre, no hacía ninguna alusión a que las fechas podían estar sujetas a cambios, porque de ser así NO habríamos reservado. Nosotros llegamos el 15 y la abrieron el día 22. Además, las sábanas y toallas estaban ya bastante viejas, el colchón incomodísimo, había lavavajillas pero no pastillas para el lavavajillas, los estropajos para fregar los tuvimos que comprar nosotros. Considero que todo esto, en su mayoría, fue responsabilidad de la agencia, porque en cuanto contactamos con la dueña, inmediatamente nos hizo la devolución de TODO nuestro dinero, la señora estaba avergonzada, nos atendió enseguida a pesar de ser fin de semana. No obstante, el disgusto no nos lo quita nadie. Y es algo que agradecemos sinceramente. Pero no todo fue malo, como positivo decir que el lugar donde estaba ubicado el apartamento nos encantó, sitio tranquilo, con vistas al lago (dónde pudimos hacer actividades acuáticas) y a 5 min en coche del centro. Sinceramente, es un apartamento con mucho potencial, pero creo que necesita que se renueven algunas cosas. Si las circunstancias hubieran sido otras, habría sido magnífico.

Bel appartement , mais tres mal entretenu, propreté tres douteuses , loin des plages et de la ville , il faut impérativement disposer d'une voiture pour le moindre déplacement l'appartement est spacieux mais le ménage y est fait d'une façon tres sommaire,la cuisine est tres sombre, on y vit avec la lumière meme en plein jour et en plein été. la propriétaire qui n’est pas sur place a confié la gestion de la location a une agence en ville, le gestionnaire de cette derniére est un être détestable fermé a tous dialogue, ne parlant pas un mot de français , et ne faisant aucun effort pour comprendre ou se faire comprendre, aucun professionnalisme , il voulait a tous prix nous faire payer le solde de la location et la caution alors que tous avait ete payer en ligne , et que nous avions la confirmation du réglement , tres mauvaise experience et tres mauvais souvenir et toujours aucune excuse de la part de ce monsieur.

Apartamento con altas calidades y cerca de la playa, aunque hace falta coche para todo . Falta espacio para guardar la ropa, los armarios no estan vestidos. El resto de mobiliario muy comodo. Se entregó a través de una Agencia y lo encontramos bastante sucio.
