Every bedroom has its bath, and the kid's rooms have six beds each. One Boys Room and One Girls Room. There was everything you needed to cook in the kitchen—and two corner stores within walking distance. Our kids went from the pool to the hot tub, to the beach, and back to the pool again. However, we noted that the game changer was the house...

"The house is as billed; it's a great house, particularly for a group. But we had many maintenance issues: we had no hot water and the water heater had to be replaced: the electricity to the washer/dryer didn't work and was replaced with an extention cord. The front door literally "fell off". the hinges. A cabinet door was about to fall off. The manager was prompt and apologetic, but we had too many problems to give a top rating. The area is great. The floor plan is great. But maintenance dollars...
