There are nice lockers to store your luggage if needed. Although there is no reception desk, the staff greeted us on arrival and help us with everything we needed, very well organized property. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. "The location is wonderful for exploring the Alhambra area. You can walk to the Sacromonte and Albaicin areas as well. It was nice to have a little kitchen. My one main complaint was that i booked this property specifically for the shuttles that were offered (first thing mentioned on Expedia). Two days into my stay I learned this was no longer being offered. I spent many stressful hours trying to work around that. Very disappointed. I told them they should take that off the website.
