Their dedication to making it as comfortable for their guests is amazing. I stayed in the penthouse, if you have trouble with stairs,tell them."

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."
