"The hotel was in a wonderful location that’s was surrounded by restaurants and shopping. It was a less than 10 mins walk to the cathedral and other desired sites. The staff were very nice and the room was a good size, easy to access and quiet. One thing to note, the bathroom in my room was made of decorative glass and it was not soundproof or fully opaque so if you are staying with someone else be aware of that. Overall the hotel was wonderful and I would stay again! "

"An amazing stay at this wonderful hotel adjoining the Alcázar and two minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is a historic building where ancient and modern combine to provide an intriguing and comfortable stay. We had double superior rooms, each quirky and different in their own ways but very comfortable with wonderful showers and quality toiletries. Breakfast was well worth the additional cost, all cooked fresh to order. The staff were fantastic, consistently welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a wonderful area, very reasonably priced and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended."
