This holiday home is ideal to spend a well-deserved holiday in the province of Cadiz. Provided with all the comforts and four spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people, this two-story house offers a nice base to make the most of your holidays.

Downstairs, you will have the possibility of rejoicing in the snug dining-living room, equipped with sofas and a fireplace, preparing delicious meals in the equipped independent kitchen, and relax in the two bedrooms provided, both with a double bed each. A bathroom with shower is also available on the ground floor.

The sloping-ceiling first floor, whose roof windows let the light flood in, features the other two bedrooms of the villa, one with two twin beds and the other with four single beds. Besides, the latter is equipped with an en-suite with a shower.

Warm/cool air-con is provided in the living room and in the first-floor bedrooms, whereas the ground-floor bedrooms rely on fans. The four bedrooms feature a wall-mounted heating system.

Outside the villa, you will spend the most significant part of your time either in the chill-out area of the porch or refreshing in the lovely private pool. Whatever you choose, you will definitely make the most of the sunny weather that characterises the south of Spain.

The ideal house for families with children, as the plot, perfectly fenced, has a large garden, with games for the little ones.
