"The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The area was quiet and peaceful with lovely views to the Guadiana River. We had some issues on our arrival which were quickly resolved by Homa office who were always very helpful. The automatic entry gate does not work. There is a manual way to open but it would have been helpful to know this before check in, or to have the gate fixed. The external door into master bedroom needs fixing as it doesn't c close properly. An information sheet would...

"The hotel catered very much for the Spanish, by that I mean the times of the restaurants - breakfast 8 - 11am, lunch 1.30 - 3.30pm and dinner 8 - 11. So if you are an early riser or have children ! We have lived in Spain so didn't bother us too much. Pools also didn't open until 11am which was disappointing as it was so hot. The food was repetitive but good. Location was fantastic right by local marshes that are a parc natural. Cleanliness was very good and housekeeping team were fantastic. Staff in general were friendly. Overall a great stay"
