"Children loved it. We did have an unfortunate situation with windy doors where our daughters face went through a glass panel of a door because of the strong wind. It was completely happenstance though. The clown, other children, playground and man on stilts were a highlight (and the children loved the pool although it was a little chilly at this time of the year for swimming). Thanks!"

"So obviously the hotel industry is hurt during the pandemic, but the description of this hotel is misleading. It promised bottled water and welcome drinks: neither were available as the hotel doesn’t have the money for it anymore. In the room I was in was an ant graveyard - countless dead ants over all surfaces (counter, toilet, shower, toilet paper, even some in the bed). I spent the first 30 minutes of my stay cleaning up the room with sanitary wipes. Grime, cobwebs, and dead ants covered wipe...

"We arrived for our stay and there was no person available to accept us. We went back in the morning to check in and question why there had been no person to check us in and we were turned away and told they were not accepting guests! Cost more money for our party of 5 persons. A great inconvenience"

"This was just a stopover on our way from Essaouira to Casablanca. Nice courtyard/pool, gym and access to the ocean. The service was generally good, though they messed up our car reservation."

"Riad excellent quality and atmosphere. Immediate area not so great but easy walk to lively shopping and café area for locals and Portuguese fort for the tourists. Didn't see much of the new city but El Jadida seems very overrated - very much a construction sitre."
