"Amber was an amazing massive help. She did everything she could to make me feel as comfortable and welcome as possible. Was extremely friendly everytime I saw her. She was an absolute gem. I asked for housekeeping to change my bedding at 11 am and no one came. I mentioned it to her and she immediately went up to my room after I had asked her for an Update as it was hours later. She personally went up to my room and changed everything for me with no questions asked. Amazing employee. She made the stay a lot more comfortable. 10/10 for Amber. I will definitely return."

"I reserved an accessible room with roll-in shower. The room was spacious enough to use a power wheelchair easily. My problem with the room is that it wasn't on the 1st floor. If there is a fire and evacuation is needed the elevators are not recommended. Handicap accessible rooms should be on ground floors."

"Very clean facilities, staff super friendly and helpful. This hotel had all your basic amenities needed for a great stay. One thing I would suggest for the hotel is to provide slippers and a shelf in the shower stall for our personal toiletries would have been helpful. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely come back again."
