"I selected this house because it is located near family that we have in town, it is dog-friendly, and has a fenced yard. In addition, it has plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping nearby. It appears that the owners are working on updating the property, as portions are updated, but still dated in some areas. However, it was clean and comfortable. Thoughtful owners have thought of additional things to make your stay easy from the welcome binder, to the pool, washer dryer, towels, a cooler and a few beach misc items like chairs and a wagon. "The house was clean, the master bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful."

"The interior was very nice. We liked that each of the 3 BR’s were en suite. Kitchen supplies were adequate. We found the pool chairs were poor at best. All 3 plastic Adirondack chairs had breaks in them. No lounger chairs. Also, found it interesting and dangerous that there is no handrail to get in and out of the pool. Also, since the rules state no glass at pool area ( makes sense) there should be some plastic cups available. We had to go buy some."
