"We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. "loved the layout, and position. quiet and great breakfast and food generally. the drinks were not as exensive as other 5 star hotels and meant that we could balance shop drinks, bar drinks with staying at the hotel too. The pools were reat a play pool for kids and a quiet pool although different lifegaurds brought different levels of strictness. it was supposed to be a calm pool and was most of the time. we had a door battery go on us one night, staff ralied and sorted quickly even gave us a treat for the inconveinience. we would return although 11 nights weve tested many resturuants. the jet ski safari was brilliant"
