"Von aussen macht das Haus und die Umgebung einen guten Eindruck. Im innern erschrickt man von der Unsauberkeit und Ungepflegtheit. Die Duschen sind zu eng, nur mit einem Duschvorhang, deshalb wird der ganze Raum nass. Ein zusätzlich bestelltes Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl waren nicht vorhanden.
