"I don't know where this hotel got 5 star rating, no employees to be found, no one a the bar's, no help or service at the pool or beach, It looks like a ghost hotel you only see the valet parking and two in reception that's it. The room has the shower and toilet exposed to it no wall, no enclosement, the desk area was like a cafetiria wall table. this is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. The only thing worth it was the ocean and beach view maybe that gave them the "5 star rating" 2-3...
