"Great hotel, great location, secure parking and friendly staff, too bad they advertise a pool but the pool was closed. We booked this hotel to relax around the pool so it was disappointing. Otherwise we would have given it 5 stars."

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the rƩception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower.
