"We had a wonderful stay for almost a week! Our room had a beautiful night view of the city — very cozy, quiet, and perfect for a great night’s sleep. Even though it was a very hot season, we had the choice of several pools to cool down, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The location was convenient, with easy access to the pools, which were clean and well-maintained. Parking is everywhere. The staff made our visit extra special. A big thank you to Restaurant Manager Scott and servers Lindsay, Shella, Andrew, and Kindjel for their friendly and attentive service during breakfast. At the pools, Mark and Gabriel were so welcoming and helpful — truly amazing! All staff are welcoming and friendly. We definitely recommend this place. If we had to choose where to stay in Phoenix again, this would be our top choice. "

"Maids left a dirty wash cloth on the sink. I had to move it with another cloth so I wouldn’t touch it. Room needed a bit of updating. Couch had a tear in the seam. Bathroom was tiny. Pillows were not good so it was hard to stay asleep. I would still stay again because the cost value matched what I was getting "
