I do not understand why the review scores are not higher. This place is spotlessly clean, the staff is helpfull and breakfast good, air-conditioning and hot water are great The hotel is an easy walk to downtown. And the price is a total bargain.. It is a very basic hotel, but exactly as shown in the pictures. Only downside is the noise of the road that most of the hotels are built along

The hotel is in still being built. One part is ready and the other is not, this means a lot of noise from the construction itself and the road. Service was nice.

The hotel is near the beach where we catch our boat ride for the tour. Walking distance to small shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, provided good service, and we have delicious breakfast. You can also book the tours in the hotel. Give you info what is the best tour. The shower needs to be fixed to avoid water leaking to the floor.

Overall, the property was worth the price. Bed was comfy and the AC was great. You got a free delicious breakfast each morning. The staff always tried to assist where they could and overall we enjoyed our stay! As for the cons, the wifi is a little spotty at times, there were a number of ants within the building and the room (though we weren’t bothered by this), it is something to consider. Our toilet was broken in the sense that it was leaking, though they tried to fix it during our stay, but still no luck. Again, we liked our stay though it could get noisy at times, we would come again!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location just outside the busiest part of the town, about 10min walk to restaurants and island hopping tours. Overall quite clean considering local standards. Towels, sheets and pillows were new and clean, but mattresses seemed really old and had even mold dots, so they’d need renewing. Quite many ants walking around the room. AC worked well. Shower was ok, but some issues with electricity as in our room fuse kept popping when taking a hot shower, which caused the water heater to turn off every time. But all in all place was pretty good and we could stay there again. :)

Nice, clean hotel within walking distance of all the “hot spots” of El Nido. Good breakfast and cold AC. Water pressure a little lacking but otherwise really good place to stay.

För att vara ett budget hotell var vi positivt överraskade. Fräscht, bra frukost som serveras på beställning utanför rummet. Fanns klädhängare utanför var rum för blöt tvätt vilket är bra då det saknas balkonger. Man har ett litet bort i stället med stolar utanför rummet. Dåligt tryck på vatten i duschen dock samt mycket lyhört så ha öronproppar! Annars var allt mycket bra! 10 min promenad ner till havet i stan. 10 min med tricycle till Las Cabanas stranden.

This trip was enjoyable. The shower pressure wasn’t the best but it wasn’t too bad. Everything else was very good. Can’t beat the price was $230 US for 5 nights. Breakfast was good eggs, decent bacon, pancakes, and some kind of yellow watermelon. Can’t beat the value bed was very comfy close to good restaurants and getting a ride is very easy
