Elegant Victorian Parlor

  • Experience a part of history with a touch of modern amenities. 2 level home with full basement. Located in the heart of El Paso. This historical home is one block from UTEP in the Sunset Heights neighborhood. Amenities include refrigerated air central heating and a full remodel in 2015. Property has gone and extensive lead remediation and testing by a professional company with certificate of remedial. All bedrooms are located upstairs and each offer a view to a significant landmark of the border area. Parking is street area in a calm safe neighborhood. Property is a mile form downtown plaza and chihuahuas baseball stadium. Experience confort, elegance and history in this well preserved and updated home from 1915.

Our stay was absolutely PERFECT from the moment we checked in to the second we checked out. The house was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the theme made it the ultimate girls’ sleepover vibe.We will definitely be back!!!!!!

Wonderful, authentic El Paso place with great location

Beautiful place, well appointed, plenty of room for a family of 5. Sunset Heights is my favorite neighborhood in EP, so if you stay here you’re definitely getting the full EP experience. Will be staying here every time we come back to this amazing city!

I went to El Paso to celebrate my nephews graduation at UTEP and the property being close to UTEP made our stay convenient. The property is spacious and my Group of 10 had more than enough space to relax and also have fun in the fully equipped basement game room. The kitchen is fully prepared for cooking a good home meal and we did just such. The home is located in a quiet area and a convenient store is a block away for any last minute needs. The home is very enjoyable and the host Luis replied in a timely manner to my questions. I highly recommend this property if you need space for a group of friends/family.

Fabulous Victorian

While expensive, the property is quite impressive and located near plenty of high-end restaurants/pubs etc. If you're looking for an exceedingly clean getaway location with a unique Victorian decor, look no further.

Such a great stay at a very well remodeled home in the Historic Sunset Heights neighborhood of El Paso. The home is very well cared for and well stocked. I cannot express how great of a job it was in communicating with Luis for all of our questions and needs. If you are ever in El Paso, we highly recommend staying at this home.

Beautiful property right beside downtown

Elegant home with each floor being beautifully crafted. Space for the whole family and close to anything driving distance wise. The basement is beyond words and I truly can’t wait to book again for my next stay in El Paso. 10/10 and will be back again.

Beautiful home in safe area

This house is gorgeous inside and out. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything we needed. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and the basement game area was fun for the kids. We had a minor issue upon arrival and the host immediately came over and resolved the issue himself. We would definitely recommend this house!
